ZipLine Number Puzzle · Effective 22 October 2026
Developer: Keval Amit Gohel · kevalgohel28@gmail.com
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use ZipLine Number Puzzle ("ZipLine" or "the App").
1. Information We Collect
Zipline does not require an account or ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location to play. The App uses Google AdMob for advertising, Google Analytics for Firebase for usage and ad measurement, and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable privacy choices. These services may process information as described below.
Gameplay and app interactions: when Analytics collection is permitted, we record app sessions, levels started and completed, game mode, completion time, stars, replay status, backtracks, and hint use or outcomes. Our custom gameplay events do not include your name, email address, free-form text, or saved puzzle paths.
Ad delivery and measurement: we record ad format, requests, loading and display outcomes, impressions, rewards, errors, and loading times. Paid-ad callbacks may include estimated impression revenue, currency, and precision to help us understand ad performance.
App, device, and identifier information: Google services may process app-instance identifiers, advertising or app-set identifiers, app version, device and operating-system information, language, session activity, and other technical information, subject to the service configuration and your privacy settings.
Approximate location and diagnostics: advertising services may use your IP address to estimate general location and may process diagnostic information about the App and SDK performance. Zipline does not request precise-location permission.
Privacy choices: UMP stores and processes the choices and consent signals needed to apply relevant advertising and Analytics settings.
Game progress and settings are stored on your device. Android may back up or transfer this local data according to your device and backup settings.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information to provide and measure advertising, understand gameplay and hint usage, diagnose ad-loading problems, improve the game, and support security and fraud prevention. Analytics and advertising reports may be linked to measure advertising campaign performance.
3. Optional Google Play Games, Cloud Saves and Leaderboards
Google Play Games features are optional. You can play local puzzles without connecting a Play Games profile. If you choose Connect & sync, Google authenticates your selected profile and ZipLine receives its Play Games player ID and display name to identify the connected player and associate progress with that profile. ZipLine does not receive your Google password.
Cloud saves use Google Play Games Saved Games. Synced information can include completed puzzles, stars, level records and completion times, hint balances, Daily results, goal progress and badges, selected trail cosmetics, and mode records. Unfinished puzzle lines are not included in these cloud saves. Cloud saves are linked to the selected Play Games profile and can be used to restore progress on another supported installation.
For leaderboards, ZipLine can submit your total Journey stars and best Woodland Run completion time. Your Play Games profile and submitted records may appear in rankings according to Google Play Games settings and visibility rules. We use the Play Games information described here to provide connected progress, cloud sync and rankings.
You can pause cloud sync in the game. Pausing stops future automatic sync; it does not delete an existing cloud save or previously submitted leaderboard records. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game also does not, by itself, delete cloud data held by Google. Use the game-data and profile controls available in Google Play Games, or contact us for help with privacy requests. Google controls the availability and operation of its account and game-data management tools.

ZipLine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
4. Third-Party Services and Sharing
Play Games profile information and saved progress are processed through Google Play Games for the connected features described in section 3. ZipLine does not pass the Play Games player ID, display name or cloud-save file to AdMob or Firebase Analytics.
The advertising and permitted Analytics information described in this policy may be sent to and processed by Google and applicable advertising partners through the services used by the App. Their processing is governed by their own policies, applicable agreements, and your privacy choices. Google may process information on infrastructure outside your country.

5. Advertising, Analytics, and Your Choices
Zipline displays ads through Google AdMob. Ad processing and personalization depend on applicable consent choices, device settings, regional requirements, and Google's service configuration. Choosing non-personalized advertising does not remove all ads.
Where required, the App presents Google's privacy message. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and Analytics storage are handled as separate purposes. Analytics permission is handled separately from permission to display ads. In the updated App, Analytics collection is disabled initially and is enabled only when the applicable consent configuration permits it.
Where available, open the game's Settings and choose "Ad privacy choices" to review or change the choices shown by Google. This option is displayed when Google's consent configuration requires it. You can also manage your advertising identifier and relevant privacy controls in Android or Google account settings.
Changes to your choices govern subsequent collection and processing; they do not automatically delete information already transmitted. Contact us if you have a privacy or deletion request.
6. Data Security
Google's advertising and Firebase services use encryption for data transmitted to their servers. We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through the App, but no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
ZipLine does not operate a separate account-registration service. Optional Google Play Games profile and cloud-data controls are provided through Google's services. You can clear locally stored game data through Android's app settings. Clearing local data does not, by itself, delete information previously sent to Google or other service providers.
Analytics and advertising information is retained according to the applicable service settings, purposes, and provider retention practices. For requests about access, correction, or deletion, contact the developer below. We will review requests in accordance with applicable requirements and the information we can identify; we may need further details to locate the relevant data. Google also offers privacy controls described in its Privacy Policy.
8. Children's Privacy
Zipline is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly ask children to provide their name, phone number, email address, or physical address to play. Advertising and data processing remain subject to applicable platform requirements and service safeguards. Parents or guardians with privacy concerns may contact us.
9. Permissions
The game does not require access to contacts, SMS, phone calls, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location. Network access and SDK-related permissions may be used for advertising, consent configuration, and permitted measurement.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when the App, services, or privacy practices change. We will update the effective date above. Please review this policy periodically.
